2021 MEDIAN RESIDENTIAL SALES PRICE UP 14.7%
Residential property values in Scott County increased for the eighth consecutive year in 2021. The median sale price rose 14.7% from $231,000 in 2020, to $265,000 in 2021. Since 2019, the median price is up 23.5% from $214,500.
